HOME | C&D’s Design-Build Department takes our client’s conceptual design and produces the essential construction documentation and approved permits, from the pre-construction to post-construction phases. The Design-Build Department is complete with professional architects, structural engineers, civil engineers, soils engineers and mechanical engineers, who use Building Information Modeling to coordinate and optimize designs for constructability, cost-effectiveness, and schedule speed.
